For applications through the Opas System

Facilities available for application

Soccer fields
natural turf fields, artificial turf fields (with lighting systems), artificial turf fields, artificial turf fields (with seat), artificial turf fields (with 400m track)

Futsal fields

Lottery application (for registered users of the Opas system living, working or studying within city limits)

Applications will be accepted via the Opas System from the 1st (0:00) to the 7th (24:00) of the month 2 months prior to the requested reservation date.
*Lottery applications for the sports plaza will be accepted from the 1st (0:00) to the 7th (24:00) of the month preceding the requested reservation date.

Applications for openings following the lottery (for all Opas registered users)

Applications will be accepted via the Opas System in the order received from the 16th (5:00) of the month 2 months prior to the requested reservation date.
*Lottery applications for the sports plaza will be accepted from the 16th (5:00) of the month preceding the requested reservation date.

Concerning cancellations

Natural turf fields, artificial turf fields, conference rooms, meeting rooms, and locker rooms
Up until 14 days before using the reserved facility

Futsal fields, sports plaza and multi-purpose room
Up until 7 days before using the reserved facility

*For cancellations submitted later than this, you will be charged the full usage fee.

Points of caution

In cases where the customer charges an admission fee or for non-amateur sporting events, prices are subject to change. (Please contact us for details) "Student, etc." rates are applicable in the following cases.

• Where all players have not exceeded the March 31st immediately following their 18th birthday
• Usage for school activities by young children and students of schools (excluding universities) as defined by Article 1 of the School Education Act (issued in 1947).
• Usage for school activities by students attending a vocational school as defined in Article 124 of the School Education Act or by students of schools defined in Article 134 of the same act.

Discounted rates, etc.

Concerning discounts for disabled persons
A 50% discount will be offered to groups where more than half of the members are those with a Certificate of Disability as stipulated in Article 15 of the Welfare Act for People with Disabilities (issued in 1949) or who have been determined to be mentally handicapped by a child consultation center as defined in Article 12 of the Child Welfare Act (issued in 1947) or by a Rehabilitation Consultation Office for the Metally Challenged as defined in Article 12 of the Welfare Act for the Mentally Disabled (issued in 1960) as well as those with a Certificate for the Health and Welfare of the Mentally Handicapped as stipulated in Article 45 of laws concerning the welfare and health of the mentally handicapped (issued in 1950).

Concerning discounts for those 60 and over
For groups with more than half of their members aged 60 and above, a 20% discount is available.
